This Privacy Policy explains how Vindexa, Inc. (“Vindexa,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit vindexa.ai (the “Site”).
Use of the Vindexa platform itself is governed by the separate agreement between Vindexa and the customer organization. This Policy covers the marketing site only.

Information you provide
When you request a demo, contact us, or otherwise reach out, we collect the information you submit — typically your name, work email, company, role, and anything you choose to write in a message or scheduling form.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect basic technical information when you visit the Site: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and provide requested information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- Send communications you’ve asked for, or that are relevant to a request you initiated (you can opt out at any time)

How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run the Site (hosting, analytics, email delivery, scheduling tools) under contracts that restrict their use of the information

- Business transfers — if Vindexa is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer to the successor entity, subject to this Policy
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies for essential site functionality. We also use
Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Site is used. It sets
first-party cookies (such as _ga) and sends Google
the pages you view, the referring page, and device information,
including your IP address. For visitors in the European Economic
Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics cookies are
off by default. You can opt out with Google’s
Analytics opt-out browser add-on,
or control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them
may affect parts of the Site.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We’ll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security — but we work hard at it, and we’ll notify affected individuals as required by law in the event of a breach.
Children
The Site is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
International users
Vindexa is based in the United States. If you visit the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have data protection rules different from those in your country.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice on the Site.
